A Glasgow woman whose weight piled on after she broke her ankle - and was undergoing physio - has dropped down six clothes sizes after ditching her unhealthy diet and exercising.

"Clothes shopping is now a pleasure, as I was having to buy a size 20, but now into a size 8. What a difference, and confidence comes with that!
