Lincolnshire TV star Guy Martin has undergone one of his most extreme challenges yet as he visited Colombia.
Guy put himself through his paces in a new two-part series for Channel 4, finding out what it was like to get shot with a bulletproof vest on."I’ve never been shot. Maybe buggering about with pellet guns, and mucking about, yes. But not proper ammunition. They are not messing about here," he said.In another section, he went through training that politicians are given in case they are kidnapped and tortured.
