One professional hairdresser has warned against a specific style that many people think will make their lives easier
A person's hairstyle can say a lot about their personality. Some like to stick to the same reliable one for years on end, whilst others like to change their up as frequently as they can.
But the Mirror reports that one professional hairdresser has warned against a specific style that many people think will make their lives easier - even though it often doesn't. "Many of our busy clients will at some point ask us to cut their hair from long flowing locks into a shorter bob style haircut, under the illusion that it will make their hair easier to manage.
This means that the hair looks and moves more effortlessly, but it also means that more styling is required to get it looking right. Especially in the colder winter months, drying long hair after a shower can feel like an endless task, prompting dramatic cuts to ease the burden. "A simple up do of tying the hair back into a band might seem a little lacklustre to some but there are many variations that can quickly turn the look into something more glam for your daily activity," she said.
