Two men were walking from the city centre when they were approached by a man who allegedly threatened them with a hammer and demanded their belongings in the early hours on June 28.
A hammer-wielding thug allegedly used the weapon to threaten a pair of men in an attempted robbery, in Glasgow's city centre, last week.
The man, said to have spoken with a local Glasgow accent, allegedly brandished a hammer before threatening the victims demanding money and a mobile phone. Officers are now appealing for information to help with their investigation into the attempted robbery.
