DAERA has said signs erected at Helen's Bay were done so in error
The water at Helen's Bay beach has now been deemed to be clear after E-coli was found at four bathing locations in Co Down.
It has said that Escherichia coli levels at Brompton, Ballyholme, Donaghadee and Crawfordsburn have been breached.The Northern Ireland Environment Agency are investigating the issues at the bathing waters and DAERA have said that heavy rainfall can also have an impact on water quality.
