In an interview with the Daily Record, Ian Murray said he believed the focus should be on MSPs using their existing powers better.
Labour’s Shadow Scotland Secretary has said he does not believe more powers should be devolved to Holyrood.He also rejected claims MSPs should have the legal right to set a higher minimum wage.

He criticised the breakdown in relations between both Governments and said he hoped Labour could reach a compromise on difficult issues.
