Investigators admit the man’s clothing weren’t exactly eye-catching – but other items suggest he was a ‘man of means at some point’, says Locate International. The man also carried a metal Ronson Varaflame lighter and a pen engraved with the words ‘PTL Motors – Western Road E17’.
