England's Lionesses through to FIFAWWC semi-final
The Lionesses are one step closer to a World Cup victory after beating Colombia 2-1 in a nail-biting quarter final match.
It wasn't until five minutes into injury time at the end of the first half that England scored their first goal, thanks to Lauren Hemp. Despite eight minutes of extra time, England managed to keep hold of the ball and stop the opposition from scoring again. EastEnders star Heather Pearce added: "What a game. End to end. Totally nerve wracking. @Lionesses were so strong to hold onto their lead against a brilliant Colombian team."
