There was bronchopneumonia present in Luke’s lungs, Ms Kearsley says. The seizure was described as a ‘terminal event’ which did not cause his death. Other evidence from GMP and NWAS is recalled from the morning. They noted mould in the bathroom and around the window of Luke’s bedroom. Luke had no medical history of note, she says. “He was by all accounts a healthy individual… given that, I can well imagine how shocked you were at Luke’s death.”
