The 51-year-old, who wishes to remain anonymous, said he was abused by Finnegan in the 1980s.

The 51-year-old, who wishes to remain anonymous, was abused by Finnegan over a three-year period in the 1980s.Finnegan taught and worked at the school from 1967 to 1987, spending the last decade as the school's president. He went on to serve as a parish priest in Clonduff, County Down. It said he had proceedings against the Diocese of Dromore alleging assault, battery and trespass to the person.
"He has chosen to keep his anonymity but at some point when the time is right he may think about going public on his plight," he added.
