Neighbours heard glass smashing before seeing a 'fire ball' take over a Litherland home
Emergency services were called to Pendle Drive, Litherland, to reports of a house fire at around 7.30pm on Tuesday, August 22. At the scene firefighters found the ground floor of the property well alight.
One woman who lives nearby said she saw a “fireball” in the downstairs of the property. She said: “I heard this cracking and smashing of glass, when I looked out the top window I saw a fireball in the downstairs. All the police and fire engines were here, the road was mad busy.
