The incident happened near the Lomondgate Roundabout by the A82 in Dumbarton at around 8pm on Monday May 9, 2022.
A man has been charged more than a year after a crash in which a car allegedly ploughed into five men working on a grass verge leaving one person dead.
A BMW 3 Series car is said to have struck the five men who were all employed by road maintenance company Amey. Tragically, a 59-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
