A number of product recalls have been issued by the Food Standards Agency
Müller has announced that it is recalling some batches of Cadbury dessert products due to a possible Listeria contamination.
The products which might be contaminated are: the Cadbury Daim Chocolate Dessert, Cadbury Crunchie Chocolate Dessert, Cadbury Flake Chocolate Dessert, Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons Chocolate Dessert, Cadbury Dairy Milk Chunks Chocolate Dessert and Cadbury Heroes Chocolate Dessert .Customers are urged to check the ‘use by’ dates for the affected products, which are May 17th and May 18th.
Some people are more vulnerable to listeria infections, including those over 65 years of age, pregnant women and their unborn babies, babies less than one month old and people with weakened immune systems, the Food Standards Agency said in a statement.
