Police have released a statement
Multiple people were injured as two buses crashed head-on in an 'extremely busy' city street. Emergency services were called to a collision between two buses in Canal Street, Nottingham, at around 5pm on Thursday, December 8.
Inspector Iain Blackstock, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We know the incident impacted on traffic in an extremely busy location during rush-hour and would like to thank members of the public for their patience. “A police investigation will now take place into what happened and this is at a very early stage.” Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 567 of December 8.
