Deborah Underhill is rallying the community to turn the alley behind her house into a place for people to enjoy their free time
Deborah Underhill has lived on Jermyn Street in Toxteth for six years and asked the council to clear the alleyway that runs behind her home and Cairns Street since May.

Some don’t want to get involved but fully support the project, seven houses have joined now.” “I have had rats in my garden that are so big they scared my cat so it is not great. I hear scrambling in my walls so I know we have mice as well. There was electrical equipment, kitchen sinks, broken glass, and dog faeces.”
