Glasgow Live previously reported that Bothwell House will open its doors in Bothwell Street on September 30 at 12pm. The brasserie and cocktail house will replace what was Grill on the Corner.
One the menu is a beef cheek and shallot pie with a handmade savoury herb crumb top, creamy mash potato, and glazed heritage carrots. As for burgers, Gary has created a Lebanese fried chicken with a seven-spice crispy coating and za’atar mayo, as well as spiced veggie falafel gyros and a smoky signature steak burger with onion jam and house pickles. All served on brioche. Jenny Barlow, General manager, Jenny Barlow said the bar and restaurant 'truly offers something for everyone'.
