A number of Monday's papers lead with the Tory leadership rivals clashing again over their economic plans. The Times quote a YouGov poll that suggests two third of voters believe the government would be wrong to prioritise tax cuts over tackling the cost of living.The i newspaper also reports on cost of living plans, saying that Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak's support pledges will decide who wins the leadership race.
The Daily Mirror reports that former Prime Minister Gordon Brown is demanding action and the immediate recall of Parliament over the cost of living. Mr Brown said the Cobra emergency committee "must meet daily to tackle the mess", the paper reports.
