Gary Hamilton will this month take on his first ultra-marathon in a bid to raise funds for mental health charity Kickin’ On.
A Paisley businessman is taking on the challenge of a lifetime as he seeks to raise vital cash for a suicide prevention charity.

Established just before the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Kickin’ On initially used football as a means to bring men together to talk about their mental health. It also comes after statistics last week showed the number of people dying by suicide in Renfrewshire is rising.
