People have been left feeling disgusted after a leading dermatologist revealed how often you should be showering each week.
The segment was called 'How often should you?', and put many lifestyle habits to the test. While discussing the topic of showers, Brach asked: "How often do you think you should shower per week, according to dermatologists?" She added: "The consensus is two to three times per week, but it does depend on the person. I’m looking at Al’s face like, ‘What is this?' It depends on the person, your lifestyle, your skin time, your age, your activity level, as well."
