Health specialist Abraham Kohdad who is known for his easy to follow health advice claims his method can offer dramatic results.

A health expert has shared his go-to weight loss hack that could help slimmers shed a noticeable amount of belly fat in just one week.

The specialist who is also known as @AbrahamThePharmacist on YouTube has left his followers amazed after sharing the informative video titled: "How to lose belly fat in one week and weight fast". He said: "Let me teach you the Abraham diet. So every day, you're going to have three meals, and we're gonna use these bad boys [gesturing with his hands] to portion our food groups.

In another, more detailed video, Abraham delved into some of the more transformative effects of his easy-to-follow diet plan, claiming: "After six weeks the diet has been proven to reduce your dangerous visceral fat by 14 per cent, reduce your blood pressure, reduce your cholesterol and, help you shrink your waistline by up to 5cm without doing any additional exercise."
