PLANS are being developed for student accommodation in the city centre.
Tiger Developments Limited and George Capital Limited have submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to Glasgow CityThe proposals, which are being developed with Host Student Housing, are for the erection of high-rise purpose-built student accommodation with other potential uses such as a gym and restaurant/ cafe.The site, which sits on the corner of Bath Street, is currently occupied by vacant two-storey buildings, one of which was previously home to a Blue Lagoon chip shop.
