Post Malone has addressed rumours surrounding his impressive weight loss
Rapper Post Malone has revealed the one diet change which saw him lose over 4st after fans noticed the performer dropping weight. Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the 28-year-old explained his weight loss transformation.
Though he credits the change for his new slender figure, he hasn't completely eliminated them out of his diet. He admitted: "[If] I had a great show, and you know what, I'm feeling a little bit naughty. I'm gonna have myself a Coke on ice." He added: "Every now and then you reward yourself with a Coca Cola and you're like 'ah, this is nice.' Your body never gets that sugar in the wild. You get sugar in fruit. When you have a glass of sugar water, it's pouring right into your bloodstream. Your body is like 'what the f*** is this?'"
