3,000 tonnes of aid are stuck in Egypt, awaiting the green light to enter the besieged Gaza Strip
More than fifty lorries can be seen ready to enter Gaza as the humanitarian crisis worsens. Satellite images have laid bare the aid crisis in Gaza, with dozens of lorries pictured stuck in a convoy at the Egyptian border as they await permission to enter the besieged Strip.

This includes supplies of food, water and medicines, including 300,000 UN emergency kits and 3,000 dignity kits containing soap, underwear, toothbrushes and paste and washing powder.understands that new aid is currently being sent to Ismailieh, close to the Suez Canal, and Al-Arish on the Mediterranean coast, pending approval to bring it into Gaza.
