The men’s winner was Ross Gray, from Inverclyde Athletics Club with a time of 31 minutes and 53 seconds. Katherine, 31, best known for her performances at 800m and 1,500m, made the move to distance running in 2022. She said: “I was really pleased to get the result – it was a fast pace towards the end and the crowds were great too.”

“What’s more, this year has seen a record number of people taking part, cementing Paisley’s place as one of Scotland’s best 10k races, with runners taking in the town’s sights and many more cheering them on. I want to thank our sponsor, Kilbarchan AAC and all of the staff and volunteers who worked so hard to make this event such a huge success.”
