Inspectors scour the UK for the best restaurants around - with a Liverpool restaurant making the cut in the latest list
Located on Cook Street, 8 by Andrew Sheridan moved to the city in April after previously being based in Birmingham. Michelin inspectors travel the UK assessing existing restaurants as well as uncovering new ones worthy of recommendation in their Great Britain & Ireland selection.
The three-AA Rosette restaurant is described as "Liverpool’s only chef’s table restaurant serving 16 diners in a single sitting, offering up scallop, brown butter and dashi, and wagyu beef with pickles on its current menu."
