The company says it is becoming 'more efficient and streamlined'
Rolls-Royce is planning to cut up to 2,500 jobs worldwide to make a “more streamlined and efficient” business, the engineering giant has said. The aerospace engineering specialist said it aims to become a “simpler, more streamlined, organisation” through the process.
Tufan Erginbilgic, Chief Executive, said: “We are building a Rolls-Royce that is fit for the future. That means a more streamlined and efficient organisation that will deliver for our customers, partners and shareholders. Rolls-Royce is a British multinational engineering company known for its wide range of products and services in the aerospace, defense, and energy sectors. The company has a long history dating back to 1904 and is particularly renowned for its luxury automobiles and aircraft engines.
