Glass doors and cabinets, mirrors and a window were all smashed.
An Aberdeenshire barber has been left shocked after arriving at his shop and finding it had been "destroyed" by thugs.
"I have no idea who would have done this. There isn't really a problem with vandalism in Macduff. I will reopen as quickly as possible." Caroline Sutherland said: "This is terrible, things are bad enough in this day and age without having this done to your business. Disgusting behaviour and hope they get caught."
