The ESRB has given Starfield a Mature rating...
the reasons it has given Bethesda's upcoming space epic a Mature 17+ rating. Unsurprisingly, our adventure among the stars will see us battling a myriad of enemies including humans, aliens, and robots as we attempt to find artefacts for Constellation. Some of the weapons we'll have at our disposal will be futuristic guns, lasers, and explosives, and those of you that would like to become space Vikings can look forward to wielding axes.
As was mentioned by the Australian rating board, Starfield features a drug known as Aurora , which you can steal or buy when exploring the universe for a"distortion effect on the screen." What wasn't mentioned before, though, is Starfield's suggestive themes within its dialogue, which amusingly includes lines like “I'm all for getting a little wild, but next time let's try it without the jetpacks” after sharing a bed with another character.
