A pair who found they had ‘loads in common’ in the queue to see the Queen lie-in-state have insisted they’re just friends.
Strangers Zoe George and Jack Ciuro forged a special bond when they waited 14 hours to see the Queen lie-in-state.about plans to reunite today to watch the late monarch’s state funeral.Richard Curtis was brought in to direct a hypothetical film based on the meeting – with a working title of ‘Queue Actually’ – as Twitter-users brainstormed potential casting choices.
Reporter Minnie Stephenson, who interviewed the pair, even shared the clip with the caption ‘Call me queue-pid’ along with a heart on fire emoji.
