Shoppers have shared numerous alternatives they've found in stores to avoid paying the 'ridiculous' prices.
The exclusive offer follows the completion of the Nectar Prices roll out across Sainsbury’s last week, now offering discounts on frozen products for the first time. Customers can currently expect lower prices on more than 5,000 products, including a host of favourite brands – the biggest the initiative has been since its launch in April.
Sainsbury's has made no secret of its mission to take on Aldi and now has more than 300 products included in its Aldi Price Match scheme.
