Claire, a mum-of-three who owned and ran an events company, was diagnosed with a glioblastoma - which has a devastatingly short prognosis of just 12-18 months - after collapsing at her home in Rome, Italy, last July. She underwent multiple surgeries and radiotherapy and chemotherapy but died a year later, aged 45.
