Joe Steen is aiming to raise thousands of pounds to buy a van for St Andrew’s Hospice he has worked as the warehouse manager at for the last seven years.
He told Lanarkshire Live: “To put it bluntly I know I am going to die, but I can’t be bitter about it because I’m using the energy I have to try and get this van for my staff who will be here when I’m not. “My wife had her 60th birthday earlier this month so I wanted to make that for her and this is another thing that I can focus on.”
