Benjamin Pavard has told Bayern Munich he wants to leave for Inter Milan despite being linked with Manchester United.
With Milan Skriniar leaving Inter this summer, the Italians should be able to offer him more game time. Pavard was left out of the Bayern squad that beat Augsburg 3-1 on Sunday, with Tuchel putting this down to the player having “some problems”. It’s thought United have not made a formal approach for Pavard, with MEN Sport reporting last week that the club are instead concentrating on signing a new left-back. Erik ten Hag has been forced to make a late move in the transfer market amid significant injuries to Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
