Simone Biles says tennis pro Naomi Osaka inspired her to pull out of the team final to 'focus on her wellbeing'
Simone, who was expected to lead the US to gold in the team final, pulled out of the competition after the first event, following a shock error on vault. Her exit from the team final all but cleared the way for the athletes from the Russian Olympic Committee to claim gold - leaving Team USA with just three first-time Olympians to compete in the remaining three events.
