Marie Stevens died almost two weeks after she was attacked by two Rottweilers
A much-loved woman who died almost three weeks after being attacked by two Rottweilers was a "big animal lover".

A spokesperson for the force said: "Just after 9.10am on Sunday 3 September, police were called by the North West Ambulance Service to Ms Stevens’ home on Holden Road, in Brighton-le-Sands to a report she had collapsed and sadly died at home."
Lainey Dawson said: "I worked with Marie in Cambridge court. Marie was such a joy she made everyone laugh with her cracking one liners. She knew how to brighten a day when it was dull. I’m thinking of her family and friends."
