Officers say that Norman speaks with a Borders accent. He is described as being 5ft 8ins, of medium to large build, with short dark grey hair, a stubble beard and a moustache. Sergeant Gavin Liddle said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Norman’s welfare and his family is understandably worried about him.
