Lucy Letby will spend the rest of her life in prison after she was handed a whole life order.
A bizarre fundraiser has been launched to appeal killer nurse Lucy Letby's convictions, which organisers have claimed "may represent the greatest miscarriage of justice the UK has ever witnessed".
Letby's lawyers have not yet confirmed if they plan to appeal but a campaign called Science on Trial has been launched on her behalf - claiming she did not have a fair trial, the Mirror reports. In it she outlines plans to recruit scientists and lawyers, among others, to help with the appeal. Donations are not yet open on the website but there is a "coming soon" note.
In another statement Ms Adams goes on to criticise the medical evidence that was presented during the trial.
