Grieving parents of murdered Colette Law told of their heartbreak after learning their homeless daughter may have been dead for a week before she was found in a tent

Colette, who weighed only 6.5 stone, had auditioned for X Factor twice, and had a diagnosis of ADHD. She died from a bleed on the brain, according to her family, and her body was so badly decomposed that they will not be able to see her to say goodbye. Patricia said: "We were very close - it wasn't unusual for Colette to go a week without being in contact. I spoke to her last on July 6, so she could have been lying there in the coming days. I can't see her because her body is so badly decomposed. "She was so good with kids, she would jump at the chance. She would have loved a wee baby of her own."She said: "Colette was often about the town, but she wasn't seen from July 10th. There's seven days they didn't see her on CCTV. Two women from Spalding got in touch to say they had helped Colette.
