Emergency services were pictured on the scene this morning
The pedestrian was struck on Bury New Road, near the KFC, at around 10am today . They did not suffer serious injuries, a spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said.
No further details on the crash have been released. Pictures showed a number of police and ambulance vehicles on the scene earlier.Traffic was reportedly stopped for some time with the road blocked.Read more of today's top stories here
