The UK should reassess its defence presence in Scotland as it faces new threats in the north Atlantic, MPs have warned
.
Its report said climate change was leading to new trade routes opening in the High North - which is loosely defined as the Arctic region and the seas surrounding it. But the report recognised there would be serious implications for the region if nuclear submarines were removed.
