He was assessed as posing a "significant risk" of further serious violence due to refusing to take the drugs. Prior to his death, Mr Allen told staff he wasn't complying with antipsychotic medication on more than one occasion. The inmate then died on May 20, 2019, as a result of Methadone and Quetiapine intoxication.
